This service is offered to help nephrologists get started with renal ultrasounds, particularly since the Minifellowship program is on hold due to the pandemic. The over-reading service can be used for feedback on the quality of the studies and suggestions for improvement, or for confirmation of uncertain findings. However, formal interpretations will not be provided for medical-legal reasons.

Directions for the over-reading service: 

 

• Transmit studies in DICOM format via DropBox or other large file transmission platform.

• Send invitation to woneill@emory.edu.

• Studies must be deidentified or the patient must give permission.

• Fee: $45 per study or $350 per 10 studies. Payment via Zelle to above email.

• Results reported by phone (preferable) or email.
